Precisely. If he's going to take it upon himself to act as judge and jury then people have every right to tell him to go fuck himself.

I'm with you about the performance aspect of it but I don't understand how filming people doing something illegal is acting as judge and jury.

There is a middle ground. You can film people on their phones and report it without telling them. I’d think that was more productive because it could have been anybody that reported them. But Micky likes the Gotta! Whatever makes him sleep at night.
