I used to run an F24 team (Viridity GRT) and we used Kojaks as there was much less choice back then. We ran them at a variety of pressures and couldn’t tell a difference - there was much more variation in driver ability. The wear rate is more down to the track - I’m sure if you ask other teams will tell you the worst, but Goodwood and Castle Combe were always gentle. Aero still rules F24 though, so you may want to prioritise puncture protection if there’s little difference between tyres otherwise.
I’ve had Continental Urbans tubeless on the Brompton - the biggest issue I had was getting them past the brake pads which I assume isn’t an issue for you? Good luck if you go this way!
Thanks for that. It’s a kit of the one above. They race for 90 minute 3 times over a day and there is a limited budget. They only kick out 250w so it’s cornering forces and weight that eat the tyres. The urbans that were on the 20 inch wheels lasted pretty well, so I’m going to say they should get them again. Once the Kojax’ are dead. They have gone tpu tubes as tubeless is a no go, possible latex and ammonia allergies.
