Conjured up an image of her shouting at an intern and making them cry over moist bread which I'm sure she wouldn't do.

Reminded me of a playdate with an Italian boy from nursery that then 4yo daughter had. He wanted some sliced bread and my wife explained that we kept it in the freezer 'so that it doesn't go dry'
He looked at her in disgust and said something along the lines of 'do British people eat wet bread?'A charming misunderstanding for a 4yo, but a bit basic for a potential PM

I never particularly rated Badenoch but she has been really bad since taking over. She is terrible at PMQs and doesn't seem to realise that shtick like sandwiches are for wimps, I get someone to bring me a steak for lunch, aren't going to help connect with people.
