There've already been climate refugees from parts of northern california. The lengthening of the fire season means the air has too many soot particles for most of the year. https://emeraldreview.com/2024/01/climate-migration-in-california/

It’s unlikely that Florida Man and his nuclear family of 10 will look to resettle in the UK unless things get really, really bad in the US, but I expect to see an uptick in rage heart attacks among a certain British demographic if they do start arriving en masse.
