Are the air of coil?
-
• #14828
Air. Only had a quick look, and the homepage isn’t incredible.

Looks interesting. How long is the steerer?
-
• #14830
No idea. Long enough?
As it came with the stuff for a load attached my hope is that I won’t have to cut it.
Edit: will check tomorrow. -

Cheers. But don't worry. I emailed them and they came back to me straight away. It's 255mm if anyone is interested.
I only asked as I'm trying to buy a bombtrack munroe cargo at the moment and am looking for a fork for that. It will need to be a mega long steerer as the headtube is 300mm on its own.

"but not rebuildable anymore I think."
Where'd you come to this?
-
• #14834
That’s what my boss mechanic said.
The old ones we have spares, but you should check yourself, and not believe someone on the internet. -

Recently seen another Omnium rider where I live in Lewes. Never with mine when I see them, it’s a small town for two Omniums though.
Spoke cards make me think they must be on here though…

@sacredhart maybe?

Also, E cargo bikes available to hire locally
-
• #14840
That's a Lomo bag, right? Is it the 60L version?
-
• #14841
Pretty sure its the 40l. I can carry my kid and the loaded bag or mount the bag length ways if it's fully loaded and fouling the handlebars. They are fully waterproof and a bargain at £29, would recommend.

what's the fork? (getting dibs in early if you do sell)
-
• #14844
the fork if you split but potentially the bike (dependent on price obvs)
-
• #14845
Yes, but we only got one. Reluctant to go for them as an official offer.
Agree regarding protection, let me know if you have found the perfect ones! -
• #14847
Descriptions says it's just the frameset, including headset, seat clamp, and dropper along with the boxes..
-
• #14848
Yeah, I spose you're right. It's also marked as 'Omnium' in the brand though so, y'know.
-
• #14849
Anyone got a Tern Hauler or Transporteur front rack lying around they are willing to sell please?
-
• #14850
Not splitting sorry, it’ll be a nightmare selling the rest of the stuff as it’s all a bit unique to it.
Looks real nice, but the mudguard solution doesn’t convince me.
And they are expensive.
The silver stanchion suntour forks slowly get replaced by the black stanchion ones. New ones look like they’d last longer, but not rebuildable anymore I think.
