What's the saddle height from the BB?

I can also set this up as a complete build or rolling chassis if preferred.

One of the front dropouts is tight on the axle, the rear of the dropout is a little bent. Not sure how this happened possibly previous owner dropped the fork. The frame is true and wheels track fine is just a little tight getting the front wheel in and out. I've been riding the frame regularly, for got about this issue until I went to tale the front wheel out today. As a result I will drop the price to £95
