Now approaching completion of what initially envisioned for this bike - pretty chuffed with how it’s turned out and have enjoyed bodging various mounts for things other than their intended uses (the under-saddle bottle mount for the lock, and the rear-rack light mount p-clipped on to my Pelago). Other little bits include some cheap Pinnacle ergon knock-offs and a top-cap phone mount. Thanks also to @pdlouche for the bag mods - for now going to run my trusty timbuk2 mini-messenger as a rack-top bag that lies flat enough for me to strap bigger stuff over the top of it. Can add some better pics of the mods if anyone is interested - it’s basically a strip of webbing that hooks over the back of the rack, and the bag is then tensioned forwards and held in place by a single mini voile strap. Super secure but equally very quick to remove if needed. Final few bits I’d like to add are some moto/cruiser style bars and probably some of the restrap rack straps in place of the Voile one I have currently
