I want l a rigid steel fork for the Holt in winter and for its eventual Dadding.
Would prefer carbon but can’t find decent options below £500. Bought an SP Cycles fork from AliX and not impressed. This is a lot of fork tags in 24 hours but by coincidence this just landed in my inbox, revised Brother mtb fork that.. glances at PDF.. has all the right dimensions..

Anyone got any experience fitting wider GP5000s to a stock Streal 3.0 with Ultegra and the Hunt wheels? Fairlight say it'll take 35mm, so I assume this is by tyre described size not measured size and the 35mm-wide GP5000s will fit?

Can't opine on set-up with Hunt wheels but I have 34mm tyres (labelled and measured) and mudguards on my Strael 3.0, so 35mm tyres should fit without issue.

Amen, didn't get any decent pictures but it was even useful on the tarmac bits, took a lot of balancing to keep the front wheel grounded up Banford Clough.

Asking for a freind, any opinions on matching an outlet Faran 51T without fork, with e.g. a Wayfinder Carbon fork?
https://fairlightcycles.com/product/outlet-faran-2-5-51t-moss-no-fork/?v=7885444af42e
https://www.wildebikes.com/products/wayfinder-forkFaran stock fork:
Axle to crown - 408mm
Rake - 60mmWayfinder:
Axle to Crown - 398mm
Rake - 49mmUnsure if these numers are a concern or not, they'd want something more stable over twitchy.

Don't know if people have seen, but the Secan 3.0 is coming soon. I already had a 2.5 frame (Desert 54R) on order, which has now automatically been upgraded to the 3.0.
Planning for it to be an all-rounder, like most people. Commuting, touring, gravel/mud, and road rides at a social pace.

Partner is waiting on the colours... Hopefully they've not messed with the formula of easy to work with standards.

Thanks! That is what I was looking for, but did not see. The changes are numerous, the most significant to the rear triangle, and generally to fit dimensions. It's a very well thought-out frame!
The kool aid factor is definetely there, but i think that, apart from being excessively verbose and long winded with their PDF's, they actually put out really well thought out and function-driven machines.
I have changed many bikes over the years and the Secan is the best made production bike i think i'll ever have without going the full custom route
