If they don't have the barcode they're not valid, as far as I'm aware.

Edit: Sorry, if by pictures you mean other than the HRH mugshot then apparently they are ok.

Large Letter is anything up to 2.5 cm x 25 cm x 35.3 cm. The price depends on the weight:

As others have said, picture stamps are valid forever but stamps with just the monarch's head on them are only valid if they have a barcode. If you've got a load of old stamps without barcodes you can send them off for replacements: https://www.royalmail.com/sending/barcoded-stamps

My FiL had hundreds of old denomination stamps that he got to swap out.

A lot of the time I just use the royalmail website to print my own postage, stick it to the parcel and then post it locally (if it's small enough to fit into the postbox) or take it to the local post office or sorting office (both of which are half a mile away from me). Arranging the postman collection is unlikely to work for me as they'd probably come at an inconvenient time.

I have found some 1st class Queen (the band, not the person) stamps so I reckon a couple of those should see me right.

#csb a friend was on the other end of the woocher bullshite. They sold 50 brunches at a knock down price, but they only got a low percentage of the offer price and they only got paid for the people that redeemed the voucher and got a care voicher. Then when they ran out the woocher holders came to the cafe to complain, not to woocher, a real shitshow.

Relationship issues

I think my Brother-in-Laws yahoo account has been hijacked.
He suffers from Schizophrenia and isn’t very up on IT etc.
My wife noticed that his emails appear to come from another unrecognised Outlook account not his yahoo address. When you go into his yahoo account and try to send an email there is a drop down asking if you want to send it from dibblesbil@yahoo or unknown person @outlook we have changed his password but can’t seem to remove this email.
I’ve not checked recently but his computer has had lots of virus pop ups in the past.

Forgot to ask the question…….how do we secure this? Yahoo are saying £4.99 a month to help

digital picture frames. Are they a terrible idea for grandparents? yes i know i will be IT support.

Ours constantly point out how happy it makes them to hear the ping of a new picture or see a favourite pic appear. As long as everyone understands what pics are cool to send to the frame, I’d say they’re well worthwhile*.

(There are bound to be privacy considerations with whatever manufacturer functioning as man-in-the-middle)
