Fran Millar (sister of David Millar), recently became CEO at Rapha. She was one of the directors at CHPT3 until August.
CHPT3 now being dissolved seems to me like David Millar drawing a line under CHPT3 and removing any conflict of interest ahead of an upcoming senior role at Rapha.
