Can anyone recommend an accountant to deal with things related to our freehold company? e.g Issuing share certificates, dealing with the transfer to new director/share of freeholder.

Wouldn't this need a solicitor rather than an accountant?

Could be either. You're looking for somewhere with a company secretarial department which they both tend to do. Pricewise you're probably more likely to get a small solicitor's firm that offers it than a small accountancy firm though.
