My MOT is back, I need to take 600-2000 doobries of vit-D. Asking here as you’re all experts and doctors no nowt but can anyone recommend a multi-vitamin with high vitamin-D in the above range? I wandered into Holland and Barret before wandering straight back out after seeing an overwhelming range of options.
