  • That would be either Hugo Rifkind or Giles Coren. It's a toss-up between them. A tosser-up, even.

    Whose father, on the other hand, was a Tory but one of the funniest men alive at one point, and a good friend of Jeremy Hardy. It's too easy to paint everybody who doesn't share your politics as lacking a sense of humour - although I don't think that was @kl 's point, to be fair.

  • Always found Hugo Rifkind quite funny on panel shows. Don't generally read his opinion pieces however.
