I wish they would build more simple plaza style parks. Some flat ground, various blocks and Manny pads. If it has to have transition make it a small mini ramp. It seemed for a time skateparks were going to become enhanced street spots, something that at first glance might not be a skatepark. I worked with Bristol council in early 2000s to design such a park in Castle Park Bristol. Never got over the line unfortunately.
