Link doesn’t work but yea, definitely no exercise straight after eating.
He’s currently on Natural Instinct Working Dog. Possibly part of the problem, that he’s getting too much good energy from the food and not enough outlet.
The last two months we waited an hour after eating just to walk him. Wake up at 07:00 and fed, walked no earlier than 08:30 but often 09:00.
As of last week with the recall/“running” to us, we do that an hour after breakfast. That should be enough time as it’s an enforced rest & digest from 07:00-08:30.

Seems like progress until he paces and won't settle for 45 minutes at a time.... but won't play, doesn't need the loo, has a belly full of food, etc. He's just a total scrote.
