Tried to add a Hercules face but it gets a bit lost I think. Worth a try though.

Attempt 2. Struggled a bit with the colours - I got a set with a very limited palette as I wanted something very small to take bikepacking with me.
In reality, now it's cold and dark, I'm taking photos and drawing/painting from them.
Quite happy with my sketching of the shapes so far.

It’s where you don’t put paint that really sets it off. I always feel like I have to cover every space.

That's probably an accidental result of my using a fairly large brush and being overly cautious, but thanks!

Just around the cows horns. Just adds some interested to what could have just been brown.

👍👍. Used the acrilic with rollers to get textures with added collage from local posters. Worked ok🙃.

The roller texture goes nicely with the halftone of the posters

Another one. People and bikes are trickier than landscapes.

does the plastic you printed with have a rubbery quality to take the ink ??

Not particularly rubbery, although I quite like the effect. But, other filaments would in theory be better suited.

Yes, the effect is spot on.

Reminds me of doing potato prints at school (your result is infinitely better though!).

That's essentially what it is though. I've realised now that I forgot to reverse the image.

All the biologists on this thread are fuming :-)
