Haha I don't what you mean by that, but I'd chop the hell out of all the veggies and herbs with that. It seems a nice hight and the nashiji finish looks like the carrot won't stick too much. Zucchini though...

I thought I'd avoided it but it leapt out and dragged me in. I managed to spend zero though thanks to the presence of an 11yo who had better* things to do.

Picked these two up on a recent trip to Osaka.

I love those spyderco knives. Absolutely everything you need and nothing more.

Don't worry we like a rukus.. and I can repost this, it's very much outside your brief but the top knife in this image is just very satisfying, replaceable blades that can be sharpened (~£10 the whole thing + £5 for two blades) .. the other two that shouldn't be there are just incredible useful (an interesting bundle) - guess it's also a question of what exactly do you want it for.
