There's a carousel of these stories, kids complaining about redundant space in pringles packaging tubes or low % of purple fruit pastilles. It's filler for the newspapers on repeat. These things happen loads.
I should've gone huge to the Guardian for my spotting a factor of 10 error weight typo on Lush's website, for which they thanked me and sent me an extra portion of that product in the post.
Or when my daughter dropped her Miffy toy at Llandegla and good samaritans of twitter before it went shit resulted in local folks out on the trails looking for it, Miffy.co got in touch and sent us a couple of their other Miffy's as a kind gesture. Full on OK Magazine tear-jerker that one if i'd been keen.
