i like laps, especially if they're not on public roads, makes it easy to manage how much effort you're putting in and being able to respond to what your body is telling you. can imagine someone who needs novelty in their excercise finds it dire tho. i guess it's to what ends you get out of cycling and what makes your dopemine receptors kick in.
feel sorry for peoples who's dopemine receptors only kick in above 35kph tho, or over 100k. tough burden to carry in ones life.
