Got a pair of Carbon-Ti X-hub Road Disc, Straight Pull, Centrelock, 24h hubs in standard 142x12, 100x12 from my best Light Bicycle AR55 wheels that I wrote off in a pothole coming down Hubbards earlier in the year.

I replaced the wheels with a nice set of Farsports Hypers so wondering what to do with these now, build them up into a set of very light shallow climbing wheels or just sell them. They've done a few thousand KM but everything in perfect condition (I replaced the front bearings with some nice SKFs recently as the ones supplied from new were never that great)

Any idea what they're worth? I can't even work out what a good 'new' price would be.

A friend has asked me to sell this for him, he's not ridden it since narrow bars were cool. Any idea what it's worth complete or would he get much more parting it out?

Also any idea of the frame model name? I know it's a condor.

That looks exactly the same as my old Pista.

Think it was 2007. Could be worth fuck all if it has the seat tube shim issue that caused them to crack.

Oh no! It has got a cheap looking shim. I'll check it over and part it out. Must be worth more than £300 in bits?

Stick your finger down the seat tube and see where the end of the internal "shim" is. If it's above or near the top tube rather than below it, then it's too short and will crack eventually.

Although mine cracked back when I posted the link and I rode it for year. My old neighbour uses it now - just gotta keep an eye on it.

Yeah it's a Condor pista in the 2nd best colour scheme they ever did.

They're brilliant bikes with an atrocious resale value. They've always gone cheap but without mudguard mounts, discs or clearance I think your made would be lucky to get £300. Especially this time of year.

The saddle and seatpost should get some money though, so I'd swap those out for cheaper versions and sell separately.

Anyone know what sort of price I should sell my saeco Cannondale optimo caad 7 for? It's a nice build, campagnolo centaur groupset with rare compact cranks, Zonda wheels etc. The price for these bikes seems to vary massively
