I hate buying carpets. Last year we bought new carpets for the front room, stairs and landing. Within 2 days my 2 year old covered her hands in red ink (from stamp ink pads) and crawled up the stairs. Carpet utterly ruined. The front room carpet had multiple cups of tea, coffee, orange juice and hot chocolate on it in the first 2 months. Also utterly ruined.
