On the honda? Valve kit and springs on the forks meant going to 5w oil! and re valve with adjusters fitted and spring change on the standard shock. Meant I could set the sag for heavy fucker as I have heavy leathers and helmet ;)
Dunno which bike that is, but on my manual this CBR is standard with 10w. Even with full compression, it bottoms out. 15w took care of that.
