Bikeinn is part of a network of shops, you can see the list at the top of the website. They're based in Spain so stuff can take a little longer to arrive but at least while we're in the EU we're covered by the same consumer laws. I bought some shoes from Runnerinn and they sent me the right model but wrong size. Slightly annoying as they were special edition and that was the only shop I could find my size in, but the returns process was easy and I got a refund pretty quickly.

Anybody used bikeinn since brexit and are they legit? Seems too cheap to be true for some items.

You’ll have import duty over the limit so makes most bargains not do much

After much deliberation and thinking the same thing I took the plunge and ordered some Mavic shoes which were about 50% of rrp, they arrived without any surprise charges in around a week

I got a DT Swiss rear hub from them in July, delivery took a little while but not too bad and no extra fees or anything to pay. It was just under the £130 or whatever it is limit though.

I bought four dry bags from Tradeinn. Delivery took about two weeks, and in the end they sent me four dry bags that were a similar but lesser model. I flagged this with them and they responded (via form letter) that I should return and order again. I did as instructed and got sent the same four wrong bags a second time. I had specifically noted that there was clearly an issue in their warehouse with a mixup of barcodes, because they had scanned the wrong item four times. This message obviously did not get through. I tried through several different avenues to contact them and at no point was I able to get a response from an actual human, addressing the points I was making.
Eventually gave up and shopped elsewhere. I did get a refund both times but it took a long time to process, close to two months.

Browsing around for Shimano GRX, I started to get an error 'Due to new Shimano policy we can no longer ship to the UK', today all of the bits are hidden. Can still buy Shimano fishing gear, so there is that.
Guess this could go in the brexit thread.

As with any mail order company, it’s what happens when things don’t work out that serves as a true test.
Given Bikeinn’s record on this front, I refuse to use them. They charge extortionate return fees and take weeks to refund you.
I have come across a company called Bikeinn recently who seem to have very good prices online.

Has anyone had any dealings with them before? Too good to be true?
Deore V brakes for £14.99 BR-T610 calipers only.
Kind of mixed reviews from previous customers but more so regarding returns it would appear
