  • What's great is that I watched it when it was on TV which means there are loads of early ones I've not watched, not fully watched, and/or forgotten.

    Like Gareth's line about what his fantasy would be. I knew it was coming, but had totally forgotten the full extent of it.

    Also my memory was much more about David Brent being the driver of jokes, but actually the whole cast is what really makes it funny, and some of the most laugh out loud moments are Tim's jokes in relation to Gareth.

    Can't go a day without some form of The Office, Day Today, Brass Eye, Partridge, Father Ted reference.

  • It's all so relatable. I worked in an office at the time and that overbearing atmosphere of weary acceptance from the minor characters in the background doing mind numbing tasks is so well done.
