  • If you get bored of the portal give me a shout

  • Roger that. Not turned it on yet. Waited until this arrived.

Had no idea ps save data wasn’t backed up on the cloud if didn’t pay. Fucking Sony.

Currently setting both up so I can do network transfer otherwise is £45 to do it. Cunts.

  • If you get the premium one you can do cloud game streaming to the portal...

  • Great…. More money 😂

  • Best switch coop games for someone who hasn’t played video games in a very very long time? Was going to get it takes two, but as someone mid divorce, I didn’t fancy it.

  • I still enjoyed it mid split, but Mario Kart.

  • In fact, it's probably a pretty good game to play mid divorce, maybe even with your ex, I think I played with my kid but her mum was there for some of it.

  • Maybe it was pre split and caused the whole thing.

  • The OG really is a chunky mother.

£300 boxed in perfect condition if anyone is interested.

  • is the OG with a disc drive? if so keen

  • Looks it. Bottom right you can see it.

  • Yes. With drive.

  • What kind of game?

  • I’ve heard the term couch co-op. I guess puzzle games? Or games where a skill differential doesn’t matter too much.

Neither of us have played a switch, but I imagine something a casual gamer could enjoy?

I’ve asked friends as well, who have asked the same as you. And as someone who hasn’t had a console for a couple decades, it’s a bit like asking someone who only eats toast if they would prefer lasagna or sushi. I somewhat lack the frame of reference to form a preference!

  • Or games where a skill differential doesn’t matter too much.

That complicates thiungs, because otherwise there's a big range. I would have said Luigi's Mansion 3 but I guess that's out. Mario + Rabbids is waaay out.

    Um, Untitled Goose Game?

  • Portal 2 - don't think it needs much skill but will need some grey matter.

  • Also, Portal 1 + 2 currently on sale on Switch for around £5

  • That's an absolute no-brainer - all time top-10 game for me.

I'm being so sincere right now.

  • Portal is good 1st person game training too.

  • Unravel 2 seems like a popular choice and is £6 on the Nintendo store.
Annoyingly overcooked: all you can eat is on sale, but goes off sale on the 25th, and it won’t let me purchase without logging on through the switch (which I won’t have until after then, bah!).
