Tough luck brother. I'm no health practitioner but from previous experience with injuries I would recommend giving it a few days to let the swelling go down. You may be doing long term damage by not allowing for enough time to heal. Last thing you want to do is limit the flexibility/range of motion by not giving your body enough time to recover. It will be hard to stay off the bike but it will be worth it in the long run. Start with short low efforts and work your way towards longer distance but keep it easy... Wishing you a speedy recovery
