Back when i lived alone and didn't really check my bills that were paid by DD, I got a letter from the energy company telling me i was just over £1k in credit and told me how I could get it back.
So i did what they said.
6 months later, still no money received.
Got in touch with the ombudsman and started a formal complaint.
Finally got it after a year of trying.
I mean, what's the point in them writing to me to tell me to claim it back if they're then not going to sodding do it?
