Giving this a free bump, as I got one from here a few years back and it's been one of my best purchases all categories. To sum it up, it's perfect smooth for Dad to ride without killing himself, but also racey enough that the Ragey Teen can show up at training and do proper rouleur pulls on it.
Someone should take this. You won't regret it.
