On the subject of filter, I'm struggling to get a nice cup of coffee from the clever dripper using Hoffmanns recipe. Generally, I find them lacking in flavour & maybe a bit hollow. I've tried grinding finer but it's not made much difference.
Anyone got a recipe they'd recommend?
