So, I've a discount code that makes large group order redundant.

You can only save on postage, and it is best to split the group into boxes and different orders.
I'm not sure how they split the boxes, but you can mess around with the basket to see.

e.g. 4 rims and 1 wheelset = same price as 4 rims and 1 wheelset as different orders, don't bother unless you like logistical faff on this side.

I'm up for a wheelset / some rims. Looks like they have some 10-20% discounts coming up for Black Friday too.

No point because you are unlikely to get a bigger discount than the code I have. You'll save on postage if you are smart with who you group with but it is marginal after that.

but probably looking into the new year.

They feel solid in the hand, but I won't get to ride them until April/May. Considering I'm dropping from 42cm Pro Vibe carbon to 33cm chinesium and only saving 11g, there's probably enough material in them as long as it's not all filler🙂

I'm time trialling and sitting a long way behind the BB, do my rigidity demands on bars are not necessarily the same as yours

Any idea if the internal routing work with mechanical gears and rim brakes? I.e. is there enough space and are the entry holes in the correct place?

Sorry you must have absolutely no idea what I mean. Might the cables for cable actuated derailleurs be accommodated?

The cable ports are where they are shown on the drawing, I've just offered up double outers at both ends and there's plenty of room

They're what you need when this is just too upright.

These look almost identical to the Bikedoc bars I have in terms of cable routing. It’s tight, and a faff, but definitely doable with patience

I reached out to LB about group orders and asked for a discount. This was mostly to come back here and pretend at being the kind of person who says ‘reached out’. Anyway, this was their reply:

Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out.

Our group orders discount are as follows.
Discount- PRO RIMS: 30% PRO WHEELS: 15%
NON-PRO RIMS: 5% NON-PRO WHEELS: 5%

But I can supply you with a BF discount in advance.
A 15% discount for the pro rims and wheelset, 10% discount for the non pro rims and wheelset, 15% discount for the frame, 20% discount for the handlebar and the wheelset with LB hub/DT Swiss 350 hubs.

Because the TPD delivery(tax included) delivery only allows one pair of wheelset to be transported at a time, the freight for separate orders is the same.

Pls provide your ideal build

It certainly sounds that way - but if we can confirm I'm keen. I do want wheels so depending how many other want wheels Vs rims it sounds like could be a healthy saving with TPD combined..
