A new thread possibly needed; knife anti or at best functional. A cleaver allegedly made by a master craftsman and forged from the finest high carbon steel, plus a 12" steel for touching up the edges on my stainless knives. The cleaver is impressively sharp.
The cleaver probably represents what people in China actually use as opposed to the pretty, but fuck off expensive, ones available here. Change out of £20 for the pair off Ali X, inclusive of taxes and postage.
