I've totally trashed my phone. I've taken the screen off and unplugged the battery while I wait for a replacement screen.
Somehow my Garmin is still uploading rides to Garmin Connect and then Strava. I didn't realise Garmin would upload through wifi, I thought it all had to go through the Garmin Connect app on my phone...
