Ah bollocks, hope you mend quickly

Full moon energy. I came off yesterday and managed to snap my dropper mount with either my knee or my stomach. I blame the leaf litter. Hope the pain is tolerable and it heals well!

Possibly what I am most fucked off about is doing this 3 minutes into a two hour ride I have been looking forward to for a fortnight. Conditions were perfect.

Uncanny in circumstances to myself. Is it a straightforward fracture?

Fractured and displaced radius and ulnar. Waiting for it to be reduced. Doc said surgery may not be required. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It's like summer hardpack at my local, except you don't get hot and you can't see the dog turds hiding under the leaves. Kinda want some rain now to make it more interesting

I normally try and do all of that lot at once. Condense it a bit. I've found it really saves time healing.

Think this morning’s ride might be my favourite ever ride. It wasn’t big, it wasn’t fast, but the novelty and aesthetic of it was fucking amazing.
