Ooooh okay! I have zero plans to ride this bike on serious off-road (drop bar geo off road just doesn’t suit me tbh) so roots etc shouldn’t be a problem!!
I think I’ll run these Gravel Hs for a short while and see how much I hate no mudguard life, and if it’s not terrible Mezcals/Gravel Ms in the new year!
I can’t help but remember how much fun this bike was in its past life with 2.1” Rutlands. Proper hoot.

Tried Mezcals for the first time, crazy good on tarmac and dry terrain, but a bit unpredictable on wet leaves/mud/roots. Lovely tires i'd say, but you need to ride cautiously if you're not in the best conditions.
Pirelli Cinturato M in the 650x50 format might also be a good alternative!
