I’ve seen two versions of the retweet - one with her X handle and one with another, which is being shared to claim that the guardian is spreading misinformation and are being sued.

This sort of passed me by and I've just caught up with it on The News Agents and this article.
Such an odious person who typifies everything wrong with their field of journalism. Love that the police have released details of the bodycam footage and reported her to the watchdog for false reporting.
I assume there is zero chance of them finding against her and zero repercussions even if they did.

Nobody seems to have the tweet and photo. She says she deleted them. But the Guardian story describes it in detail. They don't say how they know. The complainant hasn't provided a copy.
Her "woe is me" defence on Twitter is childish drivel. A naked grift. This episode is hugely beneficial for her. It's gold for a columnist to be hassled by the state. They're forever running out of things to write about. She'll get any number of TV appearances out of it, plus book sales etc.
