  • I just got some vintage zonda wheels but they missing the ZONDA , been searching the net for some sort of decal but can't find a thing, the only one of this type are the ATLANTA 96 that i have found( SHAMAL, VENTO and the ZONDA ) nowhere to be see any ideas would be very appreciated ?

  • My Raleigh has japanese script on it. Nothing classy or bike related though, just highly geeky.

  • Can anyone on here print vinyl decals to go under a clear coat?
I have the eps files, now just looking for either a cheap / reliable company, or a friendly individual.

    Any one?

  • HA!
    Having the same issue ;]

  • Hi

Can anyone recommend somewhere to buy 80s Pinerello decals? . My frame came with poor replacments, you can see the ghosting of the originals and they are not as tall as the replacements.

Can anyone vouch for the accuracy and quality of cyclomondo, velocals etc? I don't want to end up with the same replacements !

    Cheers

  • Have a look on the H Lloyd Cycles website. He sells new decals of classic bike logos etc. I'd be surprised if he doesn't have what you're after. I have ordered from him before, and the decals were excellent.
If not, I'd try ebay, or contact a graphic designer that might be able to knock you something up.

  • thanks Man I'll try H Lloyd, I'm a bit wary of quality on ebay as Ive heard mixed reviews of some of the main sellers.

  • Dredge. There's some awesome decals made on here in the past, so asking for some advice. I've a personal project which would be honoured by a load of simple decals made...

Is there any recommendations who/where is active at the moment?
Asking here rather than in individual threads.

  • I’m not sure that he’s active on here but Gil at The Cycle Shed is good

  • Cheers

  • Anything I need to be concerned about when putting stickers on my lacquered frame - if I bought a bog standard vinyl sticker off ebay is it likely to take paint off when removed, or can I just go ham? Want to cover up branding and figured I'd do it with stickers. Shame the LFGSS ones are no longer for sale!

  • Even if the decals peal some clear coat, you can scuff the area re-bomb and then polish. This should bring it back to stock looking

  • When I was a kid, I literally had bagfuls of free bike stickers from various shows and events. Now I'm older and don't have the time to go to those things, where can I get free bike stickers from? I want to cover my toolbox in stickers but actually buying stickers feels like something's gone wrong in the world...

  • I want to see people’s sticker game. This is my tiny I don’t really do stickers haul. A CRC is going on the MS to join the LFGSS and Strangers ones.

  • Any designers/makers fancy doing a job for me?
    Not @dangeek , I've already asked them.
What I after is a 'hope' sticker (as in Lancashire's finest cycle components manufacturer), but it'll be 'hopeless'

  • Love that Magic Components one!

  • I only put stickers on one of my bikes and it's kind of full, so these ones are waiting to go on. I'm putting 2 other bikes together slowly at the moment and the pink and white LFGSS ones only will go on their respective forks
