They're 80mm but it's the smallest frame, the alfine (which this was before previous owner turned it into 1x10) all came with 80mm I think and it was the 2x10 and 1x10 that came with 100mm in all other sizes

I have the 2x10 version of this in the small flavour - forks also came set to 80mm, think it was size that determined the travel. You should be able to remove one or two internal spacers to give you 100/120mm, I did this & it was a great improvement, every 20mm slackens the head angle by a degree or two - I ended up settling with 100mm then eventually replaced everything on the bike - they're good frames, worth a bit of tinkering
From memory the stock bars were pretty narrow, even changing those & sticking some chunkier tyres on made it feel a bit more confident, but increasing the travel a bit made the biggest improvement.

Somehow those forks look like they have less travel than the design 100mm.
Basically a gravel bike these days ;)
