Turn around is usually a week or so. Charges are reasonable, i.e. £20 quid to replace a charging port, including postage.

Thanks, best get it sent off to USE then, motivation/time for riding is sporadic and I’m keen to pop out for an early evening hour on the fixed soon.
It’s been in the loft for 10 years!

Drop them an email, they gave me a pre-quote of £52.00 (parts, labour, return postage) for new batteries in a 7 year old Strada.
