I don't have any experience with Microshift, if I doesn't get on with it, I have other shifters and derailleurs to put on. Maybe eTap 1x is a bit too extra...

Not the most glamorous of bikes, but the Decathlon Triban 520 disc brake (TRP Hy/Rd) bike (with microshift 2x11 speed) for £599 which seems a lot of bike for the money.
Comes with 32mm Vittoria Randonneur Tech graphene 2.0s, and has clearance for up to 40mm, with plenty of extra mounting points for racks etc.
Also with the Decathlon app, buy 4 items, and you get 20% off all of them. So I bought some beach shoes and a towel, and paid only £495.
