Thanks. Perhaps it needs to detect the 10kg to activate the 10kg Calib button in the app?
In the video they show the button always there, but on my app it is like this
EDIT: Helpful tip in the comments, if you hold down the zero offeset button, it brought up option to activate the calibration mode and the 10kg button appeared. Now to figure out what epoxy to get to try mounting it to an old crankset.
