Weird one over here, my daughter's iPad pro (2020) stopped charging so took it in for repair. USB-C port replaced and charged fine for a couple of days. The repair shop blamed it on a dodgy cable with corrosion on the pins damaging the USB-C port.
Same happened again. Port replaced again (at 50% as a goodwill gesture).
Stopped charging again but will charge from my laptop power supply and a genuine macbook charger. The repair shop are investigating and fixing for free.
