Yes hopefully. Feel a bit daft having only just learned I could move a pension into a new SIPP and buy international shares, as if I'd known I'd have done it months ago (when I bought MSTR in my shares ISA).
Big chance of MSTR inclusion into some weighty index funds next year so still feels relatively early with a long enough time horizon...

How does that work?
dont think anyone knows. assume its similar to celsius... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celsius_Network

lol just seen the last couple of days performance

Yep, lock in for 12 months and own 10% of your portfolio in Nexo for the best rates, still have some other great rates on offer though.
-
• #4631
MSTR coming in nicely the last few days. :)
-
• #4632
I used to be on Nexo before they banned it in Canada... It made decent profits holding my usdt/Bitcoin assets.
-
• #4633
Surely only a matter of time before it comes back to North America
-
• #4634
If it does come back, I will probably return to the service... They have sent me a few emails lately that have mentioned being qualified for the $Nexo token airdrop... We'll see what happens... I haven't logged back into my account since transferring my funds.

MSTR pushing $400 now... and still waiting for my SIPP : (

Oh no..!

Nuts that you can get 5.17% on cash held in Trading 212 with interest paid daily, I've moved my small amount of rainy day saving into it now that I'm relatively happy its not all a big scam.
I put a little bit into MSTR yesterday afternoon... its gone up 8% since then... are they just another AI meme stock ? vegan chicken tendies etc ....
-
• #4638
I've done the same, my other savings account has started to drop their interest rate but 212 hasn't, yet anyway.
MSTR is basically a proxy for bitcoin that you can hold in an ISA or pension. They raise money and use it to buy bitcoin on an ongoing basis.

Raising it at 0% as well with convertible bonds.
Absolutely stunning play by Saylor.
-
• #4640
I have my Cash ISA in there getting 5.17%. Are you just using an investment account as an easy access saving account paying the same?
-
• #4641
Yes - they seem to give the same rate on everything.

Bit unclear to me if the flexible status goes between Cash and S&S. Any idea?
-
• #4643
I sold my Reddit position but it looks as if there has been a massive change in organic serps on google which has hugely favoured Reddit. One of the reasons for the strong performance has been traffic growth and I imagine this trend is now set to continue. One point would be that their ad revenue still lags behind most other platforms but I reckon they figure that out

Not sure exactly what you mean: I'm pretty sure that their ISAs are flexible, whichever type it is. I've got an S&S one, if I just put cash in it and didn't buy anything it would basically be exactly the same as Cash one. I expect that you could 'convert' a Cash one into an S+S one, if that was what you wanted to do?

Reddit
That figures: Reddit seems to dominate my search results nowadays!
-
• #4646
Google just applied a manual penalty to a bunch of sites which were dominating the serps and seems to have given a decent chunk to Reddit. So prepare for even more

Really wish I'd bought on IPO day, but typically sat on it and now regretting it.
How come you sold? -
• #4648
They have fewer users than Snap and pretty mediocre ad revenue and a platform which isn't very user friendly for advertisers. So I thought the price got pretty frothy all things considered. but looking at their traffic numbers with the news of yesterday I think I can forgive this. I think Nerdwallet might be another winner.

MSTR is up 18% since I invested at 4:00 on Wednesday, fucking nuts.
-
• #4650
Probably because Bitcoin is flying right now
How does that work? Do you have to lock in for a long time / buy some of their coins, etc?
