If the coffee/bread/mountain bike threads are anything to go by, there is a perfectly usable price range of hit man that you're overlooking!

Spoiler alert
He is offered 10 million to do a hit. He counters with 100 million.
I thought this was quite high, my wife’s view was the target is worth billions and so any issue that is being resolved by taking them out would be well worth it. I am concerned that my wife can rationalise a nice but pricey assassin.

Finished watching Supacell. Makes for good viewing on the turbo.
Also Schitt's Creek as great background / casual viewing I the evenings. Catherine O'Hara is amazing in it. And Chris Elliot's character is, as ever, thoroughly dislikeable. The whole cast, in fact, are great. -

A Raphassin?

Wolf Hall, The Mirror and the light.
Forgot how good season one was, might be time for a rewatch of that but first episode of S2 didn’t disappoint. -

We started season one earlier this week and timed it perfectly to start season two. Don't usually like period dramas/royalty nonsense but really gotten into it.

Sounds high. But it's a sound negotiating rational.

Re watching Am I Being Unreasonable.
Just in case anyone didn't watch it, it's absolutely fucking great. On iplayer.

Supply and demand innit. Obviously the target is worth a lot, but the question is, can you find another hitman (or hitwoman) who will do it for less? Almost certainly.
Apparently most contract killers available on the dark web are actually law enforcement.

Or scammers, because the sucker doesn't have much option for redress.

Do you guys remember mongrels (the puppets) and how weird it was. Recently re watching it and found the song fuck chickens, the cat peado love song (the kitten is 27 days old and the idea that 28 days is legal), the end scene of teddy bears at the teddy bears picnic having an orgy was hilarious.

I watched Hit Man on Netflix a few months ago. It's "based on" a true story about an undercover cop posing as a hit man. The broad brush strokes are somewhat predictable, but there's enough creativity in there to keep it entertaining.

I just made the mistake of watching a couple of episodes of Showtrial.
The most babyishly trite pile of shite I've seen in ages.

Well, Woody Harrelson's dad's top rate was only $250,000, but that was 45 yeras ago.

So we watched the 3rd episode last night and now it's slightly silly.

It’s got a very James Bond feel to it, the opening song and titles don’t help. I’m really enjoying it.

We had the series, I'm trying to find bird of prey series 1&2 but no joy.
Dvds are £30 on eBay (scream) and no joy on iPlayer :(

His character is also the only cool fictional golf playing character I know of.
The speech the character gave reminded us of the space farming techdudebros...the more things change etc.
The movie sounds like just action and no depth also Mel Gibson can gtfo.

Very rough calculation - still nowhere near 100 million

adds to watch list :)
We were just watching it and found it entertaining, though my other half’s understanding of hit man pricing was unsettling when I questioned his negotiation strategy/costing.
