22inch aluminium framed Claude butler urban 200, 700c wheels and 21 speed.
Took the brakes off for something else and have a set of brakes arms available to mount. Now has brakes fitted, but maybe needs fettling.
I have taken the handle bars off for something else. Now comes with two sets of bars. The tyres are new ISH 700x28 dsi tyres I think and no tubes. Maybe able to find a pair of pedals, comes with pedals that need to be fitted.
The top tube has a dent but not bothered me.

Now all that is needed is a pair of tubes for 700x28 tyres and a top cap and bolt. Then away you go.
