  • Learning to decrease the pressure on a manual lever as the coffee gets exhausted gives you such an intuitive understanding of extraction. It’s worth getting the hang of and it’s incredibly satisfying.

    Also a silent operating espresso machine is damn satisfying (if you've got a kid and want a coffee first thing in the morning, grinding the beans the night before and getting to have an espresso in peace is a game-changer)
