Cut the one remaining broken handle off. Cut out some hand holes with a Multi-Tool. Then lined with some metal panel trim I'd bought for an unnecessary project, but missed the return window. Then a patch ziptied on and a bit of plastic welding.

What did you use to weld? I need to do some and I'm not sure if a soldering iron or a little butane torch would be better.
