That's either going to be proper undercooked and rank, or the smaller wedges are going to be pure burnt. No way that tray is getting an even cook.

You are right, I was going for chippy logic, that multiple batches mean that all chips are cooked evenly.
For oven chips, definitely. Though not a fan of oven chips.

Settled on the big one being nearly cooked and the little ones being well overcooked
