Need to sort out some pics but I picked up a decent priced cnoc 14 for my youngest birthday. A bit tattier than my eldest's, with knackered grips and a small nick to the saddle nose so I've got a few jobs to do this week. Rear tyre has a serious skid patch, but I figured I'll hold on replacing a tyre until they're riding it and it becomes an issue.
TDL

✅ Remove random stickers
☑️ Polish
☑️ Service front wheel
☑️ Repair saddle nose
☑️ Replace grips
☑️ Install bar end tassels
☑️ Replace front noodle
Stretch:
☑️ Replace rear cone
☑️ New brake inner
☑️ Hide brake lever skuffs
Someday
☑️ New rear tyre
☑️ Mudguards
☑️ Recover saddle
The cup is a quite pitted over ¼ of the race, so looking into sourcing a replacement. But for a 4yo I think cleaning and repacking with grease should be OK. Used my finest Phil bearing grease from BITD 😊
