I've never understood anything short sleeve and insulated. I'm fully tuned into gorpcore, but even I can say Rapha has lost the plot.

It’s so that you can wear your insulation in meetings, in pubs, etc…remain insulated in warmer environs. Be outdoors indoors.

If you have to peel off layers of your identity on entry, how on earth do you triangulate among peers?
