Anyone got any ideas?
I could settle for something cheap and nasty if it meets the spec.
I've only found one of those Novatec offerings for sale, in the EU though. -

Solid axle
Why? If you just want to bolt a hub into 9mmร100mm fork ends, it might be easier to get adapters made and use a through-bolt style hub.

Why?

Then my suggestion stands. Get a batch of adaptors made up, then you're only tied to a general axle spec (15x100 is probably best) so if the hub you pick now become obsolete you can change to any other of the the same spec

Damn. But these things exist. At least Novatac was fitted to bikes as late as a couple of years ago. Oh right and did I mention, the dropout spacing is 107mm, yep, with a spacer fitted from factory ๐ with a 10mm ID, although that can easily be modified I suppose.๐ฎโ๐จ

Yeah the whole thing is a cargobike shaped object if I'm honest but I'm stuck with the problem, at least for now.

There will be an OEM hub which does what you want, because supermarket bikes with dick breaks still come with nutted axles in 9mm fork ends. I still think getting a machinist to make adapters is going to be easier than getting an OEM account with Joy Industry or Kun Teng ๐You can even get the spacer built in to make them even more idiot proof.

Gawd I'm going to have to see how much this will cost then.

Iโve done this with a Superstar Switch front hub plus a 9mm solid axle and track nuts, which I think is what youโre after?

But I'd much rather 9.5mm or 10mm.
I'm doing a swap with some older XT hubs that have a 10mm axle. Annoyingly I did this a couple of years ago and just completely forgot ๐

Solid axle
It seems like it's harder than it should be to find a hub like this.
Novatec hubs I've come across have codes like D763SBT or D043SBT.
